Ahmad Lutfi Abdul Mutalip, our Managing Director, shapes our strategic direction. He's a qualified professional from ICSA, graduating in February 1996. Additionally, he serves as the Managing Partner and Head of Global Financial Services and Islamic Banking at Azmi & Associates, a dynamic international law firm. Ahmad Lutfi's extensive legal expertise enriches our services through our association with Azmi & Associates.
Dato’ Azmi Mohd Ali, Advisor of Prudenz Corporatehouse and Senior Partner at Azmi & Associates, leads one of Malaysia's largest law firms. He's a seasoned corporate lawyer with expertise in mergers, acquisitions, cross-border transactions, energy, and more. Prior to private practice, he worked at PETRONAS and is a Director at Terralex, a global network of 155 law firms.
Mohd Shah Hashim, an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since 1984, served as Legal Director and Company Secretary for Nestle Group of Companies in Malaysia and Singapore for nearly two decades. He also held the position of Company Secretary at Asian Finance Bank, now known as MBSB Bank. Currently, Mohd Shah serves as a Director in several companies.
